These Terms of Command (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ViG website, intelligence tools, Academy, AI Oracle, Armory, and community. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.
You must meet the minimum age required to play Evony and to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. By using the platform you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Some features require an application, a profile, or membership in the ViG community. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your access and for keeping your credentials and Discord account secure.
We may decline, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion, including where standards of conduct are not met.

Our intelligence tools, the AI Oracle, Academy guides, and analytics are provided to support your gameplay. They offer guidance and estimates, not guaranteed outcomes. Battlefield results depend on many factors outside our control, and you remain responsible for your own decisions.
Where the platform offers paid memberships or Armory merchandise, prices and availability are shown at the point of purchase and may change. Payments are handled by third-party processors; by purchasing, you authorise the applicable charge.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
The ViG name, crest, branding, written doctrine, designs, tools, and site content are the property of ViG or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not use them without permission except as allowed by these Terms.
Evony and related marks are the property of their respective owners; ViG is an independent community and is not endorsed by the game publisher.
If you submit content — such as application answers, messages, or community posts — you retain ownership but grant ViG a non-exclusive licence to use it for operating and promoting the community. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share anything you submit.
The platform integrates with and links to third-party services such as Discord, YouTube, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any tactical guidance will produce a particular result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViG and its staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any in-game losses, arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms the community or platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the platform, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting our command channel before pursuing other remedies.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
